Real Estate and Corporate Law

McCluskey Law Office fixed  a twenty year old gap in the chain of title for the real property I manage.

This matter was particularly challenging as it required repeated contact with the County Recorder, whom we found to be difficult to negotiate with. That, following what I considered a major effort with the Secretary of State to address corporate factors in our title deficiencies, was frustrating and enormously time consuming.

Glen’s patience, persistence, and knowledge of the process were rewarded with a new Certificate of Title for my property, and clear sailing into the future with our title mattes. I seriously doubt that most other attorneys would have brought this matter to fruition without bringing it before a judge. I would recommend to anyone that any and all title matters be taken to Glen for a competent resolution!

Our nonprofit organization needed assistance in seeking our 501(c) 3 exemption in a short time. We had had someone in our group working on the IRS Tax Exemption Application for 9 months only to find out 6 weeks before it was due that nothing had been done.
